In my dreams, i sometimes feel i can remote them. Like... i can hear my self in the dream saying: "This is just a dream, stop it, stop it, stop it" continously. So my question is.. is that lucid dreaming, or what is it really?
Sorry for my bad english, i am not a native english speaker. I'm from Sweden.
Is this a Lucid Dream?

What about when i did this:
I was having a dream, then I think I must have become semi-consious because it started to become more like a daydream, and I could hear mysel thinking "no, that shouldnt happen" and and I could change what was happening, then it drifted back into being a normal dream. I never actually realised i was dreaming at all until i woke up though.
