Hi everybody! I need some help...
I've been trying Lucid Dream for about 4 days, without success. But yesterday it turned out different.
I finally managed to keep my focus on the sound, and it began to make effect.
BUT it was scary as hell: as I began to slowly fall asleep (but still conscientious), my breathing become more deep, and sometimes it seemed like the air won't be released. I was feeling like I was drowning. I still was falling asleep, but my heart began to pump very fast (I believe it was because the fear), and I took away the phones before my heart got faster. I was still feeling sleepy, but my heart was still very fast, so I took some time before I could fell asleep.
I want to know if that breathing thing was normal. And, also, it would be dangerous if I tried to keep on listening?
Thanks!

You might have been close to having an OOBE (out-of-body experience). From what I read, your heart starts beating really quickly right before it happens. Physically, unless you jump out of your bed or something, it's not dangerous, but as with anything that changes your consciousness, you still have to be careful.
Man, I'm finding myself saying this more and more with regards to I-Doser. It sounds like slight endogenous DMT release. Damn, way to go I-Doser. Essentially, that is what astral projection is. DMT tripping. In order to astral project you essentially need to ride the border between sleep and awake. You're close enough to being asleep that your brain begins the dreaming process but you're conscious enough to experience the effects of the DMT. Apparently I-Doser is useful for aiding this.
It could also have been sleep paralysis. This happens when you wake from sleep but your body is still paralyzed. It feels like something is pushing on your chest, almost crushing you, it's also harder to breath and you cannot move. Most people hallucinate when they have this and see an old man or old woman holding them down. It's weird, but a real syndrome. Google it.
Possibly your brain was tricked into paralyzing you thinking you was on your way to dream-town. Or as you was just about to drift off you woke your mind up, but your body was still sleeping.
