i tryd lots of doses didnt feel a thing -_-
and i have headphones and such

please explain i realy want to use ..

some peoples mind wont work with idoser 10% and have u tried laying down with urr eyes closed in the dark concentrating without any distractions

That 10% is bs. Everyone can do it even without i-doser, just takes patience and will power.
