I've read the many cases about people believing their immune. I know you can't be immune, but my mind seems to be so resistant to the does. I've been trying to do it for 3, yes 3, months doing many many strategies to get it to work, but I yet have to get it to work. Only once did it work, but after that it didn't work.

alright dude, for some people it is easier for others, it takes a shit load of practice.
Dont start with heavey doses, and if u can get ahold of one of the cds with the bg music then doo those!
those are great for beginners, and you will feel it a whole lot easier than without.
gradually work your way up to faster pulse, beats.
but start with slow, obvious pulses.
Genesis waas the real first that worked for me and boy did it work. try that first.
then vico.
