still wont work with my vista?!?

i just dl the pc pack from the site and installed it. everything installed fine but when i play one of the two doses that came with it all i hear is static.

any thoughts or advice?

i am using vista home premium

You are supposed to hear static (carrier) and separate tones. This is how it is supposed to work.
