When i Open a dose i get this :

I'm guessing it's due to the 1st person shooting games you've got on your computer. Drugs and weapons don't mix. The peeps at I-Doser are just being the "responsible types" for those that lack that ability. :D

P.S. As i see Kompotas is from Lithuania same as me,maybe it`s something about regional settings?
