try beta? or brain+? those are ones to make you smarter or have mroe intelligent thinking, but if you want your brain to be in a calm submissive state try one of the pure doses

hmm. No beta alpha and theta will cram your thoughts, and same with brain +. Delta how ever will clear them and content helps.

With alpha, beta and brain plus, you think about things way to much to the point of overthinking things, and you think really fast.

When i use beta especially, for the next few hours i find that my thoughts aare way ahead of my mouth. And I dont make sense, and i talk to fast, and i cut off sentences, and i studder.

This is all from my experience tho.
