Dosing while sleeping

Hey i wonder if it's possible to take the dose at night and then when you wake up you get the effects is that possible?

I don't know if your mind would focus on the sounds while your sleeping, but i was thinking about sleeping to Brain+ (on repeat on my ipod) before my science final on monday.

Yesterday night i fell asleep to the beginning of lucid dream and woke up at 100% awakeness after 3 hours of sleep, so that probably means something.

Ok too bad =/ i really don't know what to focus on while im dosing and i find it very boring to waste 30 minutes on focusing when it's not working just get tired then i see threads like all doses doesn't work for everyone hrrrm i try another one.

If you like music alot you can feel the music run through your body.

You got to do the same thing with the i-doser.

Well i really do like music but i have never felt that but the dose sounds are kinda annoying and focusing on it makes it even worse =/ .

Not literally feeling it through your body, but like it changes you emotionally. Like if you listen to a fast song, your more jittery, or a sad song will make you sad, etc. I can't really explain what it should be like, but you should do whatever you do when you kick back and listen to your favorite music. I'm doing hands of god atm.
