No u MUST listen to them with headphones/earphones. it will not work at all through speakers.

I-Doser will only work with headphones because of the way it's designed. It feeds two different frequncies in each ear to induce different states of mind. At least I think that's how it works correct me if i'm wrong. But I do know that you need headphones.
