Lucid Dream Questions

Post by bummerboy »

Well, I intend on trying out Lucid Dream, and I have a few questions.

First, are there any effects while you are listening to the dose itself?

Second, I know you are supposed to listen to the dose and go right to bed, but what is the length of time between that and falling asleep to where it will still have the effect? I have problems when it comes to falling asleep, and sometimes it can take a little while. A lot of the time it will be because my mind is racing, which I imagine will be happening because I will be anticipating what the dose will do.

Third, has anyone tried this and can explain their experience?

I always fall asleep while listening to it.

Once you are finished, play it again and try to fall asleep. Relax your body like you would any idoser dose, but you don't have to full-on pay attention to it this time.

So, you listen to Lucid Dream before you go to bed than, when you go to bed, you listen to it again, but dont have to focus on it? What exactly does it do?

See for me, that would be hard to do, reason why is because no matter how tired I was, or how far I have dosed off, if I have white/pink noise as well as many other loud frequencies going on in my ears, it is going to keep me awake no matter what. So I would have to wait until the dose was over before I could fall asleep (which supposedly isn't the "correct" way to do it).
Oh well though, cause I don't really care about Lucid Dreams anyways, never really interested me for some reason...
