Gaming Headphones work?

Currently I've just been using some nice earbuds for my doses, but, I always seem people saying the over ear work better.

I do a lot of hardcore gaming, so I was wondering if using my Gaming Headset for a better experience?

hardcore gaming, nice :D

i didnt see any specs there but if things like the frequency response are higher than yeah they should work better
