USB Headset = no effect?

Hey Guys, I'm from Switzerland, my english isn't really good but i hope, u understand me

I tried with this headset:

And I tried with the Sped Link Medusa 5.1 USB too

I tried often, but there wasn't any effect.
I've give the link to a Friend, and it works with his Headphone.
He has normal chinch Headphones.

Now my question...
Is it Possible? Can it be that USB Headphones don't work because the quality isn't the same?

Hope so, I' don't have to much errors in this text...

I will try it with my friends Headphone - maybe its my Brain an not the Headphones ^^...then I will try at Home with Stereo again...

But, u dont think it's because it is a USB Headset?

There is nothing...i don't feel anything...and i dont know why?
I have a rush in the background...others here too? Is it normal? I can't hear the tone because the rush in the background is too loud...is it normal?

I can't change to stereo...there is o option to change to stereo. Only, how many speakers I have or a Headphoe,,,i tried with both...but nothing.

I've tried:
Anestesia, A-Bomb, Alcohol, OutofBody, MarijuanaQH, QuickHappy, Content, HandOfGod, Marijuana, Nitrous, 5HTP, Crystal_Meth, Heroin, JuiceIT! and Anesthesia...but I don't feel anything...

I tried on bed, chair, with the head on the table...

Has anyone an Idea what i can do?
