Am I doing something wrong?

I've been trying to get idoser to work for me for about 3 weeks now. I have only a mac laptop so i cant run the actual program. I've been trying torrents and free mp3 doses, but they didn't do anything. I've read almost every tip on how to get it to work yet i can't get anything. After "consulting with my very cheap dad, I was finally able to buy an mp3 pack to try that out, but still nothing. I'm using high quality bose headphones too.

Am i immune? or am i just missing something?

Concentrate on the dose, relax, try not let your mind wander and stay free of distractions maybe XP
