I was always wary of trying iDoser because I was scared of the fact it "altered brainwaves"
About 2 weeks ago, I tried the Lucid Dream dose and about 3 hours later when I was in bed listening to my iPod, I frequently fazed in and out of sleep and "imagined/dreamed" different things. I say imagine because I was aware of the dream, but couldn't manipulate it. Around an hour later, I had a dream about being in my biology class. There is this girl I like in my class and I realized it was a dream when she was sitting in the wrong seat. At that point, I thought "Wouldn't it be nice if she kissed me?" She walked over and kissed me after that (not really sexual because it was just the first thought that came to mind) I started to be able to sense I was in bed with my physical touch, but couldn't move. This started to scared me and I woke up.
Was this a Lucid Dream or not? The reason I'm wondering is because I couldn't really "see" that much in my dream, it was kinda foggy, like looking through a pair of lenses with too strong of a prescription. Secondly, I have been trying for the past week to have another dream like this but it hasn't happened
Was this a LD?

It does sound like you were pretty lucid in that dream. Maybe the "haze" is from not remembering it that well? Not sure, I'd say just keep practicing and it will get clearer.
But, yes, good job on your first lucid dream!
If you are aware that it is a dream, and are able to manipulate it to your liking, it's a fully lucid dream.

I can remember the dream perfectly, and the exact view of it was kinda blurry/hazy xD Any idea why I can't exactly move in my dreams or why I can feel my body is in reality while I'm dreaming?

The more you practice the more lucidity you will experience, also the more concentration you have, etc etc. Lots of factors go into it.
As far as the feeling your body in real life, and not being able to move it...sounds like you were kinda waking up? Not sure on that one..might have something to do with you having a lucid dream, or not. Have you ever not been able to move right after waking up? regardless of whether you had a lucid dream or not..

This feeling was during the dream, I couldn't even open my eyes. It was fazing in and out of seeing my eyelids closed, and seeing the dream.RetardedHoBo wrote:The more you practice the more lucidity you will experience, also the more concentration you have, etc etc. Lots of factors go into it.
