Audiosurf and I-Doser mp3's? You know, that 10$ PC rhythm game that lets you load your own music. I know for myself it is pretty hard to keep my mind from drifting when dosing. I also know that when I am gaming I'm at my utmost level of concentration. Why wouldn't it work if I incorporated gaming into my dosing?

In theory it might break your concentration too much, but try it =D Audiosurf is awesomely addictive!

I tried it once, it's pretty cool but it doesn't really enhance the effects much.
