Either you imagined them or it was a pirated dose and someone put them in there for some reason.

I just tried opium for the first time and it was a clean drone.

It may have been the dose, when i did opium for the first time with effects, i heard people talking and stuff like that.

This happened when I tried the hashQH, might just be a thing some doses do to add to the paranoid effect. XD
