Two things:
firstly, i know quickhits are faster, which is good for me cos after 15 mins or so i tend to lose concentration, but are they as strong as the full 30 minute doses?
secondly, to concentrate, sometimes i concentrate on the sound actually going into my ears as i find this helps, but usually i count backwards from a random number like 756 in my head.
but what am i supposed to concentrate on? the numbers im counting or the dose? what i'm saying is, if i just concentrate on the numbers i'm counting and forget the dose, will it still work?
Thanks
