New doses each time?

Please help me understand something. Sorry if this is a dumb question but I did not see it covered in the FAQ. Say I find a particular dose that I like. Is there a way to reuse it, or do I have to rebuy it every time I want to use it again? If the latter, then I doubt I will be using it much. I'm sure this is an ignorant question to some, but hey whatever. Thanks for any info.

it used to be that the doses were one time use, but now you obtain the file and can use it however many times you wish,, itll always be there, unless you delete it.

Does this include the trial doses that come with registration?
