Headphone Settings Question

Hello there,
i've got a important question and hope you could maybe help me out. It's about the settings of my headphones which you can change the sound INTENSLY. If I hear a mp3-converted idose, i can play it in the windows media player, there i can activate following option: SRS WOW-Effects, which enables TruBass and a WOW-Effect, without activating this you hear the undulation of the frequences much weaker than activating it.

If it isn't activated (it isn't also activated in the i-doser-standard-program to play idoses) you here more likely just one constant frequence with less undulation but with more swoosh, or noise, or pink-noise (dont know exactly the word, sry).

If it is activated you here the frequences swinging much harder and you notice how the frequences whobbles and waves (dont know again the words to describe it best).

But the standard setting is not activated, and in the idoser-programm you cant activate it, too.

Now i want to know what is the best setting, without SRS Wow-Effets, or with. It is normal that you here the waving of the frequences not too intense, or should it wave and whobble real powerful?
