Do you support the Mac?

ANSWER:
We do not have a Mac version of the computer application, and there are currently no plans to create one. You can purchase CDs and MP3 packs from http://www.i-doser.com and if you have an iPhone you can purchase the iPhone Application from the App Store.

QUESTION:
What does I-Doser sound like?

ANSWER:
That depends. If you are using the computer application, it is binaural beats with a white noise carrier. If you are using the iPhone Application, it is the binaural beats with a white noise carrier, and you can choose from 1 of 3 ambient background sounds. If you are listening to one of our CDs or MP3s, then it is the binaural beats with ambient music.

QUESTION:
How do I put the free downloads on iTunes?

ANSWER:
The free downloads are for the I-Doser Player Application for the PC. They will not work on iTunes. For iTunes, please purchase CD or MP3 packs.

QUESTION:
Fletcher-munson says that the louder any signal, perceived increases in pitch also occur accordingly, can or will this play a part in listening to a dose? I know you should listen to it at a relatively low "comfortable" level, but could it stop the dose from working at all?

ANSWER:
In our research, we saw no better results by playing our doses at varying levels. We only recommend to play our doses at a comfortable listening level. Playing the dose louder will not give you a better or worse experience.

QUESTION:
With the new condition dose and me being new to it since its a more recently added dose, I was wondering what exactly it does.

ANSWER:
I-Doser doses work best when your brain is at a standard operating hrz level. For most of us, that is the level we are operating at when we sit down, are comfortable, and are preparing to use a dose. However, if any outside artifacts cause your brain to operate at a non-standard hrz level, then we highly recommend you use the condition dose before using the intended dose. This will make sure your brain is operating at the standard hrz level to accept a dose.

QUESTION:
Can you use it while doing something on the computer?

ANSWER:
We highly recommend you don't do any tasks while listening to a dose. It can hinder the performance of the intended dose.

QUESTION:
I just got this and i have listened to cheap versions of it like youtube, torrents, file sharing sites, and other places. But it doesnt really work.

ANSWER:
Listening to doses on youtube will have no effect AT ALL. These are compressed and mangled versions of our doses that will not work at all. There are also many "fake" versions or mp3 converted doses that are not official I-Doser versions of our doses, and these will have little or no effect. I-Doser uses a patent pending process for creating our MP3s, CDs, and dose files for the PC application. Almost all doses available on youtube and through file sharing sites will not have any effect. QUESTION:
I was wondering if you can make an application for the psp to play i-doser doses bought from the store & do you have plans too?

ANSWER:
We have no plans to create a PSP version of I-Doser. If your PSP can play MP3s, then we recommend the MP3 versions of our doses. For a portable solution, check out the I-Doser Player for the iPhone available in the App Store.

I have been looking into purchasing Headphones. What do you recommend.

ANSWER:
We ONLY recommend the I-Doser approved headphones available at http://www.i-doser.com We can not comment on brand or other types of headphones.

How much I-Doser can hurt you?

ANSWER:
I-Doser is a completely safe alternative to some more harmful experiences. Please read the I-Doser FAQ at http://www.i-doser.com for more information.

QUESTION:
In some doses I hear weird sounds (music, drums, voices). What is this?

ANSWER:
For the doses available for the I-Doser Player Application, there is no sounds other than the binaural beats and the white noise carrier. MP3s, CDs, and the iPhone Application from http://www.i-doser.com may include ambient sounds.

QUESTION:
I am completely death in one ear. Will i-Doser still work for me?

ANSWER:
No, sorry it will not. Binaural Doses require hearing in both ears.

QUESTION:
Can i play the Mp3s on my cellphone and still get the effect?

ANSWER:
Yes, if they are official I-Doser brand doses available at http://www.i-doser.com Many fake MP3s are on the internet that were not encoded using our patent pending process for binaural MP3s. These will have no effect.

QUESTION:
Is there some sort of time frame we can be aware of as to when the new cutting edge doses will be released? This year next year?

ANSWER:
We do not release information regarding our product releases. Some I-Doser products and doses take years to develop. I-Doser typically has many major dose releases a year, so keep an eye on our Press Release area. We will also notify our forum readers when we have a release.
