Salvia Divinorum law

I was just reading and I found out that it is legal to grow Salvia in the state of Georgia, so what does that mean for me?
Do I have to be a certain age to buy seeds?
I'm about to be 17 by the way.
Also, do you think my parents would know what it is?

You don't buy seeds, you buy cuttings.

Most places will ask you to be 18 before selling it to you although it isn't the law. If you order online there's no way they can tell.

One warning though, you should probably try it before actually getting a plant, its not a given that you will enjoy it.
