Need help with understanding the Placebo Effect

I know it's basically "fake happiness" but I've read a lot of posts here that its not desirable to have with the doses. what I want to know is how can I tell if I'm having a placebo effect, what is it exactly, how can I prevent it/stop it from happening? I really want to get the most out of my experiences.

Mhm. Okay. and what about preventing it all that during the doses. is it really something that you dont want as an effect during the the doses?

It's not undesirable. It may seem that way judging by the posts, but it increases the effect. When I test doses I try not to create a placebo, but it's fine other times.
