I couldn't get through this dose. About 20-30 seconds in, I felt a really uncomfortable pressure in my forehead, between my eyes. It spread throughout my entire face, and I had trouble swallowing . I lost concentration due to the discomfort so I had to stop.

The sudden drop in tone IS slightly scary when you actually relax to the dose, so now I see why some people freak out over it..but it wasn't as scary as it could've been had I not listened through it with background noise the first time.

Overall, while I didn't finish the dose, it wasn't a pleasant experience. I've had a bit of a headache all night so maybe that's it..so I'll try again after I sleep.

Eh whatever, at least the doses are sorta working for me..


Edit: It's been a couple minutes but even without the full dose, I realize I feel a bit sillier than I did before I took it, and feel a bit happier than I did a little bit ago. I don't know if that's the effect I'm supposed to get or if I'm just assuming my random bout of silliness is because of the dose..Mentioning it regardless.

I was nearly halfway through, feeling great, when my grandfather comes over and kicks me, thinking I'm asleep.
