spasms during dose?
Im a beginner to Idoser, and I purchased the opiumQH and Heroin as I am a big fan of opiates, and would like to seek alternatives to spending all my money on pills and the negative consequences. Unfortunately, I feel like the doses are barely working, because when I put on my headphones and play them, I feel certain effects for a second or two, but then as they come on, my head kind of twitches and the effect goes away. Its really hard to explain, but I feel like this is part of the problem I have getting the doses to work. At the end of the dose, I feel a little bit of the effects, but nothing like how the doses should fully feel. Any help would be appreciated.

Depending on the dose it's normal. I don't twitch durin heroin, but I have during dexies and cocaineQH.
I would guess that if it's actual muscle spasms while you dosing then it's your body telling you that you're not relaxed enough. I suggest stretching and getting very comfortable before you dose so that your body doesn't resist getting comfortable. You could also drink tea and do some breathing excercises.
