I thought seen how i have tried this before as well that i should say how it works. you may wonder how it works or if it works.. it does.
do not waste your money on kava pills..
get the fresh ground root.
use cold water to extract or cool water..cheesecloth to strain the nasty stuff out.. repeat..
you then have this tea that looks like mud and will make your whole mouth numb and cause nausea.
this is fine though... it has calming effects similar to valium.. I was really sociable and relaxed and content feeling when i tried it.. I did take a pretty high dose though..
you have a buzz similar to alcohol but much much better.
it doesn't cause you to have a hard time thinking.. you can lose balance a little though...
it also can harm your liver so don't take with NSAIDS
don't use with alcohol.
don't use it all the time..

it is worth a try..
