Error 11 (While running on Wine)

Post by Shadow21 »

I just switched my laptop to Linux today and I put Wine on my computer and installed iDoser.

When I open iDoser an error pops up that says:

"Could not get volume control settings
Error number: 11
Error description: mixerGetLineControls()failed
Error Source: ."

After that, the iDoser application comes up and it works but I can't use the volume control on it.

I know it's only doing that because I'm running it on Wine but is there a way to fix the volume control?

Can't you just lower the volume of your computer? :-D

Yeah I can.

That's why I don't really care that the error is coming up but I'm still wondering if there is way to fix the error. It's ok if I can't fix it though. :-)

I've been on this forum for a few weeks so I know where to post things haha :D

I didn't like Wine so I removed it and just installed Windows on a virtual machine on my computer and then installed the iDoser program on it and it works fine now.
