Any dose to study?

Well.. I use Beta and Brain QH and it really works with me.

But... There is something that really helps increasing my study capacity?

Mmm... I don't really know. I am no longer a student. But I would definitely recommend meditation to anybody who wishes to enhance their study capacity.
