First Timer, twice in a day?

Hello, I just heard of i Doser and I got the mp3 format of AnesthisaQH because after a little research on the site, I thought it would be a good first dose. So I'm about 5 minutes in and I feel like I'm spinning around, so I assume it was kicking in.. then my MOM barges in and starts talking to me. I know you aren't supposed to take breaks, so I didn't finish the dose. Can I restart it now or should I wait for a new day?
