tired vs awake

Does idoser work better for you when you are tired or fully awake? I'm considering staying up untill my mind starts to fuck with me on its own then trying a dose, but would that stop me from being able to focus and actually make it harder?

It doesn't matter. The only difference of doing it when you're tired is you might fall asleep. Although staying up is unhealthy, so I advise against it.
