What are good beginer doses on the iphone ap

The admin said the doses on the ap are not the same. So, what doser are easy to get working on the iphone?

I purchased the iPhone app as well, and none of the doses work for me. Make of that what you will.

Was it the updated version? I know that they used to have some doses that were only three minutes long, but now they're all between 10 and 15.
