Cannot get dose to play! Error 62? Input past end of file?

Hey! I keep trying to play doses and they never seem to work. I keep getting the same message...

There has been an error while loading this file

Error Number: 62
Error Description: Input past end of file
Error Source: IDoser

What does this mean and how can I remedy this? I'm really looking forward to trying this technology out but this is so frustrating! Hope someone can help! Thanks!

It could well be your sound card i had the same problem on my other computer.
