Hey so I just starting messing with I-Doser today (got the app on my iPhone) and while it has had some effect on me, I was wondering if I should always keep my eyes closed or allow them to open at some point? And if I should open them, when is the right time?

Also, I just downloaded my free three doses for signing up...is there some way to put those in my iphone so they will work? Like I said, I have the app downloaded on there and having these three doses in a play list would be perfect.
Good idea to open your eyes?
