I couldn't agree more man, it does take time just as meditation does. Most people jump into this expecting results the second they try it, and I will admit that I was one of those people. That was until I realized that this does take time, and complete concentration.

NO IT DOESNT. my cousin play mmo's and listens to idoser and still gets totally ripped. everyone always says you gotta concentrate and do nothing in a dark room. BULLSH*T. iv listened to several doses before in the dark and focused my ass off and got nothing. its a matter of if you are susceptible to it or not, cause some people can play a dose all damn day and you will get nothing. ive been trying for months and i have got nothing, ive use the right headphone, i was laying down in a dark room and had no distractions. still nothing. stop saying people arnt doing it rightwe all know how to lay down in the dark and focus, if it dont work it dont work.
