It's been quite a while, is there any beta releases for Vista yet their iDoser? Please help! I am new to this and reading the experiences makes me go and and that it wont play 16-bit here.

ok, sorry to revive a dead thread, but i have this same problem. i'm running windows 7, with the program running in compatibility mode for windows xp sp2, as admin. any input?

Just popping in to say +1 to the problem. I had heard that with dx10, they had drastically changed the way the audio controllers were accessed and it seems as though we all are vista users who have the problem.

The player works fine in both Vista and Windows 7.

I suggest switching your local settings to 24-bit stero 44100Hz. This may fix the issue.
