what to do while hearing a dose

can i read while hearing a dose since its kinda boering to seat 30 ,in and do nothing
and one more thing if i will use a normal in ear headphones and put on them THOSE ANTI NOISE HEADPHONES they put in buldings ?

Dont do any thing while listening to it just lay down with all the lights off
