I was just another skeptic about I-doser several months ago until I witnessed my friend under the effects of Gates of Hades. I know when my friends are faking and he most definately wasn't, coming out of it shaking and pale. That got me into it.
I do not have ADHD or ADD however I consider myself smarter than most of my friends. With some research, I discovered that other 'smarter' people had the same problem as me; focusing their thoughts. As hard as I try, I can't maintain my thoughts for over 30 seconds before realizing I'm just listening to some sounds. I have heard that it takes some practice although I don't really see how you can practice something like that.
Does anybody have tips on meditating? And should I have my eyes open or closed while I dose? Should I concentrate on sounds, breathing, counting, etc.? Should I do any of that or does it just take time to become susceptible to binaural beats?
I'm also scared of being "immune". I have heard from people that you can be immune and I have heard from others that you can't be immune.
Thanks, ahead.

Re: Uncontrollable thoughts
I have found I have the same problem. My method (proven- it works well for me) is to, when realizing you're simply listening to sound, analyze the sound.
What does that static sound like? Is there a specific pattern to it? Is the tone changing pitch or is it constant? Is the beat frequency elevating?
Those are the kinds of questions you want to ask yourself. Eventually, you'll just attune to the noise and thoughts won't be a problem.
Hope I helped!

I hope you helped too, haha. It sounds like a legitimate method that I'll have to try out. However, did you have to practice listening to Idoser for an amount of time before it started to work on you. If so, how long approximately?

Re: Uncontrollable thoughts
I often say that it worked on me minimally, my first try. This is half true. It took me a few days to figure out the method, and it was only by chance. Once I had control of my thoughts, I started to see minimal effects within the day and good effects within a week or two; as long as uncontrollable thoughts is your only issue, you should have a similar, if not shorter time than myself.
There is no such thing as immunity to binaural beats, only resistance. With enough practice, anyone can achieve effects. However, some people are slightly more resistant when they start out. If this seems to be one of your issues, then just keep trying. Don't go to a higher level dose just because a moderate one isn't working. Keep trying the moderate until you feel something, or, as we dosers call it, have a "breakthrough."
Trust me when I say, there really is no rush to achieving the effects. It's more or less worth it in the end.
