Couldn't complete the full length :(

This is my first experience iDosing
I tried the full length of Anesthesia last night and I was getting good results, about 10 minutes in I was twitching in my arms and lower legs and about 15 minutes in I was getting pins and needles coming up my hands and feet, it was great but then as the frequency quickly changed around 20 mins in it scared the hell out of me and I had to fling my headphones off it just went extreamly loud and high pitched but I couldn't stick it out, do you have any advice? I really want to finish this dose off.

mmMM... Maybe you should turn the volume down

I'm going to try reducing the bass a little and the volume, i'm going to try it again tonight and i'll report how it goes in the morning, thanks for the reply.

Edit: I made it through the full length and with each increase of frequency a new sensation came
