Is it possible to trying your self to do this all with everything going on around your eyes opened? im trying to now... with qh hash.... so far feeling really good, but then again its the third time through it in a row... anyone have done it? maybe give some tips... i mean i feel really good but yeah message me or post if you have done it and how in the world... well i mean how were you able... i dk what im trying to say right not... ttfn

Is english your first language? To answer your question yes you can do all of this with your eyes open. Most people dose with their eyes closed however because it makes it easier to concentrate on the sounds and not be affected by outside distractions.

You will get best results in a quiet place with your eyes shut. Doses use neural entrainment to simulate brainwaves. Real world sensory input and your own thoughts easily override entrainment signals and *poof* the effects evaporate or at best become really weak and distorted.

If you try to get so sensitized to i-doser that you could get effects all day while living your life I expect you would start having some side effects. I wouldn't recommend it.
