Maxell amplified headphones. Will they work?

will the headphones work? http://www.kmart.com/shc/s/p_10151_1010 ... 651800001P

In the product description it says it has deep bass. will that change anything?

Sound Output Mode: Stereo

is what I always look at. I think they should be fine.
