Are the past 4 doses released for newsletter for sale? if so/ if not what where they?

Every newsletter does not get a free dose. There was only one other one and it is available in the store. Don't remember offhand what it was. Nutmeg hasn't been released yet (I think), but I'm sure it eventually will be also.
