I have been experimenting with iDoser for days and days now doing all sorts of different doses that I purchased. I have done doses from First Love to PeyoteQH and so much more. The only effect I am getting from these doses is a slight cliffhanger feeling on my arms but I'm pretty sure it's all in my head. I really believe in sound-waves affecting the brain in these ways and really want this to work. Here's how I dose:
1. Turn off ALL LIGHTS and use the restroom/eat.
2. Put something over my eyes.
3. Lay down in a comfortable position
4. Start the dose (not too loud, not too soft)
5. Fixate my mind on the sounds (or whatever keeps me calm)
5. Listen to the dose all the way through and feel nothing.
I have a set of BOSE Sound cancelling headphones that are really nice and they are binaural and I've used these numerous times and have found no results. I also have tried a pair of Senheisser binaural headphones that didn't work either. Heck, I even tried my Apple earbuds and got no results. I really would like some advice here. After searching a lot, I found that using the Condition dose before dosing would help, so I gave it a go and had DivinorumQH queued right after it and nothing happened at all. Also, I purchased the iPhone app to see if it would do any different and it didn't. I really would love any advice you can throw my way. Anything helps. Thanks.

Yes I have read it top to bottom at least 3 times and I have purchased the Guide and have followed it exactly. I have yet to experience any results whatsoever.spiritguy wrote:Have you read this?
