Hello there .
I have a problem, i was listening to Nirvana, and it was all good, but when i reached to 15:00, my neck hurt, like someone was strangling me. It was one and only time i used Nirvana. I'm a little sceptic, so i came here to ask you is that normal?

Re: Nirvana Problem
Wow are you ok? I have never tried this dose but isnt that kinda against the word nirvana itself. Perhaps you actually cesed to breath while you were hypnotised.

Re: Nirvana Problem
What did you do before you tried to start? And what were your emotions/thoughts before trying the Dose?
Maybe, if you were afraid, you were more likely to experience negative things? I'm not sure. It doesn't sound like this experience was good, but from what I've heard, it's best to:
1. Get comfortable in a dark setting with your eyes closed.
2. Don't EXPECT things to happen. Just focus on the Dose, or what's going on behind your eyelids, or nothing at all..
It doesn't sound like this should be an effect that Nirvana gives (I've never tried it myself, but maybe I should so I can see if this happens to me as well), so maybe you were going about it wrong?
There are some doses where I felt slight pain, but I got through it by thinking "this isn't real, this really can't hurt me", etc. It made me more relaxed, and it helped the Dose work better.
Maybe you should try a few more Doses and then come back to this one. From what I've noticed so far, every time you use a Dose, your experience with it is different. If you go into the Dose less skeptical, maybe the experience will be better for you.
