Are there any doses that anyone would recommend for beginners to start out with?
By the way, are private messages available on these forums?
Doses for begginers?

I recommend A-Bomb http://www.i-doser.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=10334 as a beginner dose.

Should I keep using that dose or should I try other ones too?
I don't care even if this is a "placebo"

Yes, i-Doser makes money. But I feel like the psychiatric/medical community loves to
discredit this type of stuff (same as alternative medicine) because they are backed so so much
by the pharmaceutical industry. And of course they aren't going to like anything that goes against them and
I'm sure they don't like the fact that this takes effort to use.
