What if a child uses i doser?
a friend wants to use the i doser but he is very young if use like ephemerol

This is intended as adult entertainment but has that ever stopped anyone. Many users are high school students. I woudn't be surprised if even younger people use it. Honestly there has been no health risks directly linked to IDoser. I havnt even heard of seizures from it. So its up to you. I will not say try it though.

You should make him test it out with something little like french roast or Quick happy or even Tranquil.. If he couldn't take them/had problems after or while listening then he cannot take it at this age 
.. If he enjoyed it and had good results then let him go for it! but in my opinion if he is going to try doses don't let him listen to things such as Absinthe/Cocaine/Alcohol etc,, or he maybe harm himself cuz his brain is still little and he wont be able to know what he is doing while being on them.. he can try A-bomb/aftermath/genesis etc,, .
