Playing idoser without headphones..?

So, I have noticed my idoser on my start menu and I haven't used it in a whiiilllee and I have lost my headphones..so I was wondering if I was able to use idoser w/o headphones?... Im in a dark room, no lights, and my laptops pretty loud.. so would it still work?... I put this here so someone could share an experience without head phones..

btw I haven't used this in a while because I've quit smoking about 8 1/2 months ago as I am going to be a daddy soon and I feel like I'm cheating by going to idoser...It guilts me because i never want to be around it again, or anyone that smokes even cigarettes..just being on here makes me feel bad but I'm still curious of the power of idoser..

Yes, it is possible, if your speakers and laptop are able to convert the binaural sound to monaural, if it can, play it to where you can hear it fairly well and do you usual routine for IDosing
