Help a newbie

Hello. I'm BlurryFreak. I founded I-Doser somewhere on the internet. I have some questions for you guys. Im a 100% nonbeliever, so help me please.

1. What do i need to do to "feel" the dose? I always launch dose from I-Doser main application, then i turn off all the lights and my LCD screen. Then, i lay back and i close my eyes. I don't open them, until the dose ends. I did it a few times, but it never worked. Do i need to strictly concentrate to the dose, and think about nothing?

2. Can you give me advice wich dose do i need to took or it doesn't matters so much?

3. What are effects at the end, when the dose ends playing and you open your eyes?

Hope these help. Biggest thing is to realize that you have to go through a few doses before it will work; your brain needs to get used to using binaural beats.
