It can be really fun, Im still learning to steadily astral project on a regular basis, but I had a interesting time once when a evil female spirit followed me back before I woke up and took advantage of my body while I was in sleep paralysis. Of course it could have just been a very lucid dream, either way after that experience I definatly found spectrophilia to be fun.
