Dosing with eyes open

I know people do it but I was wondering if you have to have it completely dark or just focus in the beats?

you have to dose in the dark

Reset for me works even while doing something.. So I guess it depends on the dose.. However I'm sure that 99pc will require darkness... I was wondering tho.. Does it have to be pitch dark?
