I was wondering how many times you have to do out of body so it works and how is the feeling when the effect hits you?

And,

when you leave the body, can you see yourself and just walk around or what?

theres a 99% probability that just listening to the dose wont give you an OBE altho people report feeling some of the sensations you get when attempting and OBE on your own. however the dose is most helpful in AIDING you have an OBE.

I just tried it. After x time my upper body started vibrating and my left hand kind of started lifting. I also had this cold feeling in my hands.

the very first time i thought it would have to do with the astral projection of the body, i almost felt a cold shiver and the like, but then when it really worked - during the 3rd time - i got to know that the OoB dose works in a different way. i didnt have any physical thing, after taking the dose just got focused and then it was like i was dreaming but something was too odd in my dream and in a short period of time i remembered i just had finished my dose and had full control of my "dream". during the experience i met lots of people and visited the place of an old lady that i know, a place where i've never been in my real life. the next day i told her about the "dream" and she asked me how her house was and i was shocked when many of the details i described matched with her place. i watched a sort of scene, in which a friend of mine was having sex with a blond girl. i told him and he asked me who told me the thing and didnt believe it was in my "dream". i dont know what crap the dose does in our minds, but the only thing i know is that the OoB dose is truly god smackingly glorious and gave me a real sweet experience indeed.

Which dose is best for acheiving out of body? Ive read different people say either black sunshine, astral project, and out of body are the best. i was wondering what you guys thought?

ok so can sum1 explain to me the difference betwween the three
i assume that astral projection allows u to spiritually leave the body and then just be in the physical world;the OoB allows u to fall asleep but after u do u r in another "plane" as they call them;and then i have no clue wut black sunshine does

so is this correct or is it sumthn else and if so which works best and takes less time to get use to dose

I tried OOB and Astral Projection.

Astral is way stronger I got an actual obe on 1st try.

I agree. I tried astral projection before i tried out of body. I was able to acheive OBE expiereve much easier with astral then i did with out of body. Its easier to focus with astrial.
Astral is great. I recomend to everone.
