Re: Best idose for beginner?
That's natural for beginners. You need to relax though.
Energy in your body is stored in two forms. You have of course, physical energy, your heart pumping blood, your digestive system converting sugar to useful energy, etc. Then you have the chakra system. In scientific terms, you can describe these as the nervous/endocrine systems. You have to MENTALLY (not physically, this is very important) focus energy on various parts of your body, your heart, your forehead, etc etc
Then you can use the beats (doses) and try to synchronize your brain with them. Think of it like trying to mentally control your body flow to the beat. If you're a rock music fan, chances are, you're already doing it without knowing it
Keep in mind that you have to do this mentally, your physical body does not matter at all, try to imagine it does not exist (well, it doesn't, but i won't go into that here)
The tingly sensation you're feeling is your mind trying to open flow to one area. With practice, you'll be able to control the flow smoothly. Don't forget to breathe.
